Hi, I'm the biom file to color map converter! I take your tab separated biom file biom file and give each OTU a color based on its abundance profile.
I'll spit out a mapping file to use on the viewer page, but you might want to edit it first and remove any style attributes that you don't want on your tree.

Biom files with only two columns (the name column and one data column) don't work. As a temporary fix, add a third column with a 1 for each entry.
